Position Overview: Solid Power is seeking a Production Operator to join our talented team working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of next-generation, all solid-state rechargeable batteries. Solid Power is a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative team environment. The Production Operator supports daily manufacturing of electrolyte powder used in next-generation battery materials. This role involves operating production and powder-handling equipment, following strict safety and quality procedures, and ensuring consistent product output. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a controlled chemical production environment. Qualifications/Requirements: - Operate mixers, reactors, dryers, jet mills, sieves, and packaging systems according to SOPs. - Monitor equipment performance and notify leadership of abnormalities or required adjustments. - Assist with equipment cleaning, changeovers, and basic maintenance tasks. - Accurately weigh, stage raw materials and powders. - Transfer materials between production steps using approved handling methods. - Package, label, and seal electrolyte powder following quality and safety requir...
