WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: BaubleBar is looking for a Manager, Ecommerce Site Merchandising to lead the strategy and execution of our onsite merchandising experience across our Shopify storefront. This role will own the onsite merchandising experience, shaping the digital shopping journey through product placement, storytelling, and site navigation to drive conversion, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate brings strong ecommerce merchandising experience, a sharp creative eye, and a data-driven mindset. You understand how to balance brand storytelling with performance metrics and can translate business priorities into a compelling onsite experience.
