About the role: The Associate, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions, supports end to end product strategy, research, and delivery across Oscar’s Individual & Family (IFP) and employer-subsidized (e.g., ICHRA) solutions. This role operates horizontally across product lines, partnering with product management, market leadership, actuarial, regulatory, operations, and analytics to support product design decisions, filing readiness, and in-market performance through structured research, analysis, and disciplined execution.
