Editorial Delivery: - Manage people, priorities, and processes across North America to ensure the timely delivery of online statutory and code updates in line with agreed schedules and quality standards - Coordinate the acquisition, processing and publication of legislative content, following established editorial workflows, tooling and quality checks - Ensure work is allocated effectively across teams to maintain throughput, accuracy and coverage commitments - Escalate risks, delays or quality issues where needed, proposing practical mitigations People Management and Team Support: - Provide day-to-day line management for editors and analysts, including workload planning, coaching and regular feedback - Offer guidance and practical support to help team members resolve issues, improve confidence and work consistently - Encourage a positive, collaborative team culture with a focus on reliability, shared ownership and continuous improvement - Support performance management processes by coaching, providing feedback and performanc...
