Network Controller

Job description

We're on the lookout for a Network Controllers to be part of SkyBus' exciting journey in delivering world-class transport services. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the real-time performance and delivery of our transport network. You'll be responsible for coordinating driver and vehicle movements minute-by-minute, while also supporting and guiding frontline driving staff during normal operations, disruptions, and emergency situations. Your success in the role will rely on a strong understanding of key network performance indicators — particularly reliability and on-time performance — and your ability to implement proactive, effective network management strategies. As a high-performing Network Controller, you'll monitor live network conditions, quickly identify pressure points (such as changes in passenger demand, route disruptions, or geographical challenges), and act decisively to reduce impacts on our customers and stakeholders.
