Posting Date 05/11/2026 2205 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, Florida, 33606-1536, United States of America We are currently seeking a Division Vice President of Operations to join our Village and guide the operations of our dialysis services business across our Endeavor division, you will lead a team of 6-7 direct reports, ~50 centers (chronic dialysis centers and home dialysis programs) with annual revenues of ~$250+M with 1,000+ teammates. As Divisional Vice President, this position is responsible for the general management and oversight of operations within an assigned division. As the Vice President of Operations you will provides strategic, tactical and team leadership, counsel and direction to the field management of DaVita to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic and ethical patient care.
