Lead the future of HR Service Delivery at Basware Basware is strengthening and scaling its global HR operating model, and we are now looking for a Senior Manager, HR Operations & Service Delivery to lead and develop our highly engaged HR Shared Service Center (SSC) team based in Iași, Romania . In this senior role, you will shape how HR services are delivered to employees across 10+ countries , ensuring high quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. You will work in close collaboration with Regional and Functional HR Business Partners and the wider HRteam, and you will act as business owner of our HRIS (Sympa) , driving process excellence, scalability, and automation.
