Develop in collaboration with team members, appropriate IEP goals based on formal and informal assessment results. 2. Develop an Individualized Education Program (IEP) stating the annual and short term goals for each child’s current level of functioning, and objectives to meet each child’s needs 3. Participate in IEP meetings as required throughout the school year. 4. Submit quarterly progress reports to lead teacher/team in a timely manner for distribution to parents/guardians. 5.
