Job description

Location: Onsite Status Type: Full Time: Shift: 1st Shift: Required: Preferred: - Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience - 2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance planning, project coordination, or a related role - Relevant maintenance planning and project management training - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS / ERP systems (SAP preferred) - Experience planning, tracking, and reporting work execution and project activities - Experience supporting preventive maintenance programs or asset management systems - Experience in a GMP-regulated medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment - Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utilities Skills & Competencies: - Ability to balance planned maintenance, reactive requests and project work while managing priorities effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with technicians, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders - Works effectively as part of a team; builds cooperative relationships and begins to influence outcomes across departments - Responds effectively to changing...
