Overview Overview: Position: Northside Gwinnett Outpatient Physical Therapist Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia Experience: Experienced Physical Therapists and New Graduates Welcome to Apply Employment Type: Full-Time Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) is a Physical Therapist owned and operated Therapy management organization that was founded by Joe Sapp, PT in 2006. We began our partnership with Northside Gwinnett in 2013 to provide therapy services throughout the Northside Gwinnett system. ITC is searching for a Physical Therapist with a passion for providing excellent patient experiences in the outpatient setting. This position is centered around non-surgical and post-surgical orthopedic patients. The onsite team has a fun collaborative environment working closely with a multidisciplinary team including Neuromuscular Specialty Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Lymphedema Specialist and Pelvic Floor Therapy. All services provided in a state-of-the-art facility with new exercise equipment to aid in providing the highest level of care to the diverse population of Gwinnett County.
