Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus 1701 S Creasy Ln Lafayette, Indiana 47905 The Lead Food Services Associate aids supervisors/managers/directors with opening and/or closing the department, and performs nutrition office duties. This position must be able to perform all duties of Food Service Associate I and II, and Nutrition Care Technician.
