ROLE OVERVIEW: The Safety Program Coordinator is a field-forward, coast-to-coast safety role responsible for keeping ProBLD's job sites safe, our subcontractors compliant, and our internal teams trained and informed. This individual will spend approximately 50% of scheduled work time in the field, conducting subcontractor safety audits, attending builder construction manager meetings, and delivering hands-on training directly to field crews. The remaining time is dedicated to developing and refining training programs, interpreting safety data and trends, and ensuring accurate documentation across all platforms.
