Job Description: ***Ideal candidate will be located in one of the following cities: Austin TX, Dallas TX, Houston TX, Kansas City MO, or St. Louis MO*** Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects within an assigned region, ensuring delivery is aligned with scope, schedule, budget, and company standards. This role coordinates and communicates with internal business partners and external contractors to manage new builds, remodels, and related construction activities from pre-construction through closeout. The Construction Project Manager conducts site visits, reviews plans and specifications, monitors progress and quality, manages change orders and invoices, and ensures compliance with applicable codes and Advance Auto Parts standards. The position requires extensive travel, strong technical construction knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environmen t.
