Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Clinical Ethics team in the role of Assistant-Administrative Senior. The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and technical support to departmental leaders and teams across IU Health. Operating with minimal supervision, this role manages complex workflows and supports departmental or enterprise-level initiatives, including coordination, tracking, and reporting across multiple stakeholders. The role also mentors junior and intermediate administrative staff by supporting onboarding, training, and professional development. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external audiences, as well as serving as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
