JOB SUMMARY: Arrange for the efficient and orderly admission and discharge of outpatient appointments, testing and procedures. Schedules provider appointment and maintains EMR system. Ensures that the patient’s information is collected, and enter in the computer system accurately, and that all patients are aware of clinic & hospital policies and procedures. Answers phones and provides answers to basic questions as needed. Processes incoming and outgoing referrals, faxes, and correspondence.
