We’re looking for a friendly and professional Community Access Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, creating a warm welcome while helping keep the community safe, organized, and inviting. Position Responsibilities: - Welcome all those entering community with courtesy and respect to ensure a pleasant experience. - Assist Members and Residents with entry gate operations. - Give appropriate direction to visitors. - Monitor delivery services and suspicious vehicles. - Register visitors/vehicles as necessary. - Complete all entry system documentation as required. - Monitor gates for maintenance related issues. - Patrol community (parking lot/garage, patrol interior and exterior areas as designated, etc.) - Performs other related duties as directed. - Must be available for day or evening shifts Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities. - Ability to utilize computer programs for clocking in and out as well as basic email usage. - Ab...
