DTUs Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science holds, along with other areas, DTUs expertise within data science. In particular, the Section for Statistics and Data Analysis is responsible for a large part of the university teaching at DTU in statistical methods. Responsibilities and qualifications: Applicants for the post of part-time lecturer must have a master’s degree, as well as additional qualifications at a high level, for example, particular areas of specialisation, expertise or practical experience achieved through employment involving practical application of the discipline. Teaching qualifications form part of the basis of the assessment. If you are a statistician, data scientist or engineer with expertise in analysis of variance, and have an interest in research based university teaching, this may be a position for you. You will be responsible for teaching of basic applied statistical methods, and in particular analysis of variance models that incorporate dependencies from random effects elements.
