Job Posting Title: Building Attendant II - Facilities (Part time) Hiring Department: University Housing and Dining Position Open To: All Applicants Weekly Scheduled Hours: 16 FLSA Status: To Be Determined at Offer Earliest Start Date: Ongoing Position Duration: Expected to Continue Location: UT MAIN CAMPUS Purpose: Responsible for the cleanliness of the Residence Halls and UHD Facilities. Responsibilities: Clean bathrooms, offices, residence halls, dining halls, and kitchens. Consistently transport trash and supplies between floors. Respond and follow through with written and oral University and Housing and Dining policies, procedures, and work-related instructions from supervisors, team leaders, co-workers and residents. Remove trash from building and take to trash compactor outside. Vacuum, shampoo, and extract carpets. Strip, mop, and wax floors. Move and arrange furniture. Required Qualifications: Six months of experience in custodial maintenance work Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
