Overview Position: Director of Product Management - CRM Technology Salary : $195K - $215K/yr d.o.e. plus benefits Location: Remote OK (If living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX will need to be able to work 2 days on-site) Overview: We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Director of Product Management – CRM Technology to lead the strategy, buildout, and scaling of our custom CRM platform and the broader ecosystem of integrated third-party CRM solutions. This leader will own the end-to-end product strategy for a mission-critical sales technology platform serving Loan Officers, Sales Leaders, and other Sales teams. The role will drive the development of a homegrown CRM tailored to mortgage lending workflows while architecting a flexible ecosystem that seamlessly integrates with external CRM platforms, POS & LOS systems, marketing automation tools, communication technologies, and data services.
