General Summary Join our team as a key craftsperson in bringing each shoe to life. This position plays a hands-on role in shaping footwear on the last, transforming raw components into beautifully structured, expertly crafted shoes. You’ll use traditional skills, technical precision, and an eye for detail to ensure every pair meets the highest standards of comfort, durability, and design. This position supports the Wholesale Footwear business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.
