As an Internet and Data Services Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, supporting and optimising high‑performance IP/MPLS core networks across WAN, LAN and mobile backhaul services, spanning 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Voice and IMS technologies . You’ll be trusted with maintaining outstanding network resilience, availability and performance, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience in a complex, always‑on environment. Working within established ITIL frameworks , you’ll help deliver managed services that meet rigorous quality and security standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 , while operating in line with key industry governance requirements such as N3, PCI, FSA and IL2/3 .
