Find our story here: About Meridian As a Senior Manager, Business Transformation: You will report to the VP, Transformation, and play a pivotal role in supporting the development and advancement of key initiatives and programs to modernize and transform our distribution strategy and network by supporting key focuses including: The position will support the VP, Transformation, team partners and Senior business leaders in key activities related to program and roadmap development, implementation, and execution. This includes research and analysis, problem and opportunity identification, solution option design, business casing, planning and strategic program delivery. In addition, the position will act as a key resource to help develop executive and board-level communications and business plans, where required.
