Description Elements is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our estimating team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn construction estimating, grow their technical skills, and be part of a collaborative and supportive environment. Elements was created to provide renovation services in live, occupied hospitality environments. Since our beginnings with local timeshare projects in the early 2000s, we have grown methodically into a national hospitality renovation firm serving hotels, timeshares, and senior living communities. Our work is relationship-driven, detail-focused, and built on trust, both with our clients and within our teams. As a Junior Estimator, you will work closely with Senior Estimators and the Director of Estimating, supporting the full estimating process from project review to bid preparation and project handoff.
