This role is critical to shaping a positive, people‑centred safety culture across a complex UK operation, leading by example and inspiring teams to put Health, Safety and Wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. You will work collaboratively with senior leaders, operational teams and external contractors to drive continuous improvement, support meaningful culture change and ensure excellence in SHE strategy, compliance and performance.
