Job Overview The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing inbound and outbound logistics activities to support Gleason’s manufacturing and distribution operations. This role ensures the accurate, timely, and cost-effective movement of materials, components, and finished goods while maintaining compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics partners.
