Job description

Skills: Qualifications: - Assemble/disassemble mold components including cores, cavities, base plates, sliders, lifters, and ejector systems according to engineering specifications and drawings. - Inspect, clean, and prepare components for assembly, ensure all parts meet quality standards. - Set up and assemble molds in a timely manner, meet deadlines. - Produce high quality products. - Maintain a safe work environment. - Participate in continuous improvement activities. - Able to understand verbal and written instructions. - Support an environment of growth and enthusiasm with other associates. - Perform precision fitting using manual tools and equipment. - Verify clearances, alignment, and operation of moving parts in assembled molds. - Perform all necessary documentation throughout the building of the mold. - Be able to evaluate and recommend modifications/adjustments for the mold fitting. - Ensures conformance to specifications utilizing CMM, height gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices to adjust tools, to produce drawing specified dimensions and ensure overall quality. - Must be able to work both independently and on a team. - Must demonstrate strong organ...
