Job title: Lead Psychotherapist: Reports to: Regional Vice President: Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes: Job Summary: Our mental health services program is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of counselors, social workers, and marriage and family therapists who work closely with clients and families to assess their treatment needs and design a treatment program to ensure progress and success to meeting identified treatment goals. Our therapists use individualized, person-centered approaches to treatment as well as evidence-based practices. We see clients in the community, home, and office settings to support elimination of barriers and offer individualized support throughout the treatment process.
