The Role: Under the general direction of the Assistant Program Director, the Senior Case Manager is responsible as a senior person for ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all case management services following all program goals, targets, and performance outcomes. Provides case management, and advocacy services to an assigned caseload and participates as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team to facilitate the client recovery/rehabilitation process.
