Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Communication: Lead, coach, and support the team of RSRs in the district, ensuring effective communication regarding sales opportunities, promotions, safety updates, and company policies. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies, monitor performance using DSD reports, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction. Warehouse and Inventory Management: Oversee warehouse inventories, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with warehouse processes and procedures. Compliance and Safety: Enforce compliance with DOT, fleet, and safety guidelines, reducing accidents and ensuring adherence to company standards. Route Management and Coverage: Develop and manage RSR route schedules, including PTO and open route coverage, ensuring seamless service delivery in the district. Reporting and Documentation: Complete and submit district-level reports, including sales performance and compliance updates.
