Role Overview Lifesaving technology, powered by you. Sodexo is currently seeking a skilled and service-focused Imaging Service Engineer II for our HTM team at University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH . The Imaging Service Engineer II will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced imaging systems in a hospital environment, while ensuring a high level of customer service and equipment reliability. What You'll Do: Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair complex diagnostic imaging equipment, including but not limited to General X-Ray, Cath Lab, CT, C-Arms, Ultrasound, and Mammography systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools, test equipment, and software. Collaborate closely with clinical staff and healthcare teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve equipment-related concerns. Ensure all service activities are documented accurately within departmental tracking systems. Maintain compliance with hospital, departmental, and regulatory standards.
