In S&N environment, this position is about support management of the flow of information that connects the warehouse, the carrier and the finance department or any other stakeholder involved in transportation activities. What will you be doing?: Freight Invoicing & Financial Support (60%): - Invoice Auditing & Reporting: Review incoming freight bills for accuracy, comparing invoiced amounts against established rate sheets or spot quotes, this in the different accounting and Freight Auditing platform in place and report accruals monthly. - Dispute Management: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies (e.g., incorrect weight charges, fuel surcharge errors) by communicating directly with carrier billing departments. - Payment Processing: Code freight invoices to the correct cost centers and route them through the approval workflow for timely payment. - Account Reconciliation: Assist the finance tea...
