At DEME, you have the opportunity to make an impact on an international scale. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you strengthen our C&B team by supporting competitive, transparent and future‑proof compensation practices across our global staff organization. Working closely with the HR Shared Service Center, you report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager and take on a strongly analytical and operational role within employment costing, salary reviews, reporting and international C&B projects. Your responsibilities Maintain and optimize employment cost models ( e.g. international costing and salary scales) Deliver accurate and timely employment cost reporting Provide up ‑ to ‑ date cost data and forecasts to tender, project and risk management teams Analyze and update compensation benchmarks, policies and practices across multiple countries Support salary review cycles (scenario building, promotion calculations, management reporting) Advise Recruitment, HR Business Partners and Country HR on compensation proposals Develop compensation documentation, reports and presentations Contribute to international C&B projects such as pay transparency, mobility budget and benefits optim...
