GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The HR Generalist is responsible for maintaining a compliant and supportive work environment by overseeing labor law adherence, workplace investigations, and the development of internal policies and job descriptions. This role manages complex employee support systems, including FMLA, disability accommodations, workers' compensation claims, and specialized benefit programs like the Travel Reduction Program.
