Position Description At a Glance: Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join the Talent, Engagement & Inclusion Team. This is a remote position. As a member of the Talent, Engagement & Inclusion team, the role involves managing the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) catalog, course assignments, registration and attendance platforms, and providing end-user support for Learning & Development (L&D) inquiries. Additionally, this position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of L&D programs. Responsibilities include managing communications, registrations, attendance, and post-program evaluations for all L&D initiatives. The L&D Coordinator also handles various reporting tasks, partners in vendor relations, assists in organizing in-person events, and continuously seeks process improvements. Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Management of LMS Catalog: - Maintain courses (create, update, retire) - Assign courses - Manage user groups Management of Registration and Attendance Platforms: - Maintains training calendar - Tracks attendance End User Support: - Monitor user support portal and assist with end user support requests, pr...
