Job Summary: Schedule: Med/Surg floor (7S). Full-time, 36 hrs. (2) 8 hour shifts, Night Position, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. (2) 12 hr shifts 7pm-7am. Every other weekend and holiday rotation required. The Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Assistant (PCA) as we call it, functions as a member of the patient care team, under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN), and proficiently and consistently performs all aspects of the PCA role.
