Posting Date 03/16/2026 8803 N Meridian StSte 150, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46260-5376, United States of America 3 days per week Float: Dialysis Training Provided: Approximately 10% of all dialysis patients reside in a SNF and are transported to dialysis three times a week placing a significant burden on patients and adding significant avoidable costs to the health care system. DSD Services teammates will have access to all the capabilities and resources DaVita has to offer, and will work to quickly leverage these to develop the infrastructure and rapidly grow the new service line. Teammates must be comfortable working autonomously and have demonstrated the ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources across the organization. DaVita SNF Dialysis dens have 6 chairs and can operate Mon-Saturday. The Float RN supports Skilled Nursing Facility Dialysis dens in Indiana. Locations include Altenheim (Indianapolis), Majestic Southport (Indianapolis), Countryside (Anderson, IN), Northwest Manor (Indianapolis), Carmel Health and LIving (Carmel, IN) and Majestic of Lafayette (Lafayette, IN) if needed.
