The Role: As Luma’s Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll architect the strategy that fuels our next stage of expansion. You’ll define our growth vision, build and manage a high-performing team and partners, and design scalable systems that turn experimentation into repeatable success. You’ll oversee the full growth engine, from optimizing existing channels to discovering new ones, and ensure every initiative ladders up to measurable, sustainable adoption of our products.
