Now we are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Travel Support Specialist to join our Travel Team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth travel experiences for our team members globally, handling everything from daily administrative tasks to supporting major company meet-ups. What You Will Be Doing: Onboarding; Set up and manage traveler profiles for new employees on booking platforms. Booking Assistance: Help book simple flight and hotel itineraries for team members. Data Tracking: Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets trackers for events and meet-ups. Feedback & Surveys: Send out travel surveys, collect responses, and follow up with employees....
