Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience with power and cooling infrastructure or facilities. - Experience with data center infrastructure incidents. - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to our data centers around the world. Preferred qualifications: - Advanced degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives. - Knowledge of teaching/leading multi-day training events. - Ability to advocate for and uphold global standards. - Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
