Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an energetic Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations at Millers Grant in Ellicott City, Maryland. Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant, an upscale community in Howard County, opened in 2016 and is currently home to over 400 residents. The dining program features a farm-to-table restaurant, gastropub, pub, bistro and dining rooms dedicated to healthcare residents. The Executive Chef will lead a culinary team of approximately 25 professionals, overseeing all aspects of food production, quality assurance, safety, and service across multiple dining venues. The ideal candidate is a culinary innovator and relationship builder—someone who thrives in a high-end environment, enjoys being in front of residents, and can balance operational excellence with personal engagement. Typical shift is 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, may vary with rotating weekend coverage.
