Overview: Our Harvest Internship candidates will support the harvest supervisory team by assisting with the measurement, evaluation, and estimation of the citrus crop throughout the season. Their duties may include collecting and recording field data, performing fruit size and quality assessments, learning crop estimation techniques, and helping analyze grove conditions that influence yield.
