To support this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Compliance Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, build structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and create the systems that will fuel sustainable and compliant growth. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for credentialing, including managing provider documentation and vendor requests. - Support the Compliance Officer in developing, coordinating, and delivering compliance training across the organization. - Investigate and report on potential HIPAA breaches, OSHA incidents, and other compliance matters; ensure timely reporting to regulatory bodies. - Assist with regulatory audits, policy development, and communication of new or revised regulations. - Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and support the execution of the auditing and monitoring workplan. - Pr...
