Job description
The IAM Business Analyst plays a critical role in leading and supporting large‑scale IAM transformation programs, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, security leadership, and technical delivery teams. This role is responsible for driving requirements definition, design workshops, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and change management across complex, multi‑year IAM initiatives. The ideal candidate has prior experience working on enterprise IAM transformations and is comfortable operating in highly visible, client‑facing environments. Key Responsibilities: IAM Transformation Leadership Support and help drive large, enterprise‑wide IAM transformation initiatives, including access management, identity governance, and directory modernization programs Work closely with client leadership, security teams, and architects to align business objectives with IAM strategy and roadmap Maintain end‑to‑end traceability across requirements, design, delivery milestones, and adoption outcomes Requirements & Analysis: Lead requirements gathering efforts with business, IT, security, and compliance stakeholders Facilitate design and solution workshops as part of IAM transf...
