Role Overview Sodexo is hiring a General Manager 4 – Environmental Services (EVS) to lead operations at Adventist Health Bakersfield , with additional oversight of Adventist Health Specialty Hospital . Adventist Health Bakersfield is a 300-bed acute care hospital that has served Kern County for more than 100 years, with key services including emergency care, heart care, cancer care, orthopedics, spine care and others. Adventist Specialty Hospital is a 47-bed facility specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of heart and vascular disease as well as a wide range of other medical and surgical procedures. The two hospitals are approximately 2.5 miles apart. What You'll Do: - provide exceptional client service mentality and executive presence; - be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores; - provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department; - partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership; - effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and - support a diverse and inclusive workforce What We Offer: Compensation...
