About the job: The Product Owner plays a pivotal role during the initial phase of the project, ensuring that the product vision is firmly grounded in real operational needs, workflows, and expectations. Positioned on‑site in New York City, this role acts as the primary link between business users and the broader product and delivery teams. The Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision, aligning stakeholders, and steering development to ensure the solution supports manufacturing, customer service, and quality processes effectively.
