The Senior Gym Officer plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of UniActive Gym – Innovation Campus, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for all UOW Pulse customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on member engagement, customer service excellence, and growing strong gym communities. You will be a key point of contact for members, delivering tours, supporting membership enquiries, promoting programs and services, and guiding customers on safe and effective exercise practices. The role also supports the Member Services Officer in promotional and programming initiatives specific to UniActive – Innovation Campus.
