Qualified candidates will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to multitask, and a high level of determination and self-motivation. Compensation is commission-based with unlimited opportunity to succeed. Friedman is active with numerous opportunities, including lender dispositions and an increased load of new assignments. Responsibilities: Canvass prospective clients and leads through a variety of approaches. Arrange meetings and calls with prospective clients. Implement strategies set forth by team leader. Gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys and/or marketing material. Network with other brokers to promote and ultimately sell exclusively represented sites. Schedule and conduct site tours. Accompany and assist brokers at client meetings. Qualifications: College degree required.
