You will report to the Head of System Design Fighter Radar. As manager you will have an important role within this PU: All with the main purpose of securing efficient and timely product development, quality and customer satisfaction. - To be responsible for and lead the team of system functions and performance in designing optimized sensor functions for best performance - To coach in system design of sensor control, signal processing algorithms, target tracking algorithms and other functions in our very advanced sensor system - To coach in performance budgeting, requirement allocation and in mathematical modeling for performance estimations and simulations - To keep up with recent technological development at the universities and at our competitors for our teams to stay competitive with our systems -...
