We are seeking a full-time Residential Worker to join our Adult Behavioral Health team in Carlisle, PA . Schedule: 40 hours/week; Set schedule combining 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) and 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM), including rotating weekends. Earn $17.33/hour or $19.33/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay, plus shift differentials. Position Details: Residential Workers provide direct care and supportive services to individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions in a Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting. They support daily living activities, encourage recovery and stability, and actively participate in the treatment planning process in accordance with established plans to promote skill development and independence. This role also focuses on promoting a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that fosters each individual’s mental and physical well-being.
