Salary/Position Classification: - $40,300 dependent on experience, annual, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime) - 40 hours per week Purpose of Position: Provide the administrative support required to operate an efficient office, fulfill the primary mission of the Office of Student Finance by providing information and services to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students who require financial assistance to attend the University of North Dakota, and maintain compliance with Federal, State and University policies and regulations governing eligibility and disbursement of educational financial aid. Duties & Responsibilities: Financial Aid Processing: - Complete student financial aid processes as determined by Student Finance leadership - Manage verification batch processing - Process documentation for independent status reviews, including tax returns, W-2s, and worksheets - Review ISIR data to determine accuracy, tolerance, or need for correction; update records in Campus Connection as required - Participate in cost of attendance and financial aid awarding processes - Communicate with students and families regarding verification requirements and outcomes - Monitor ISIR changes af...
